Hours & how we work
We’re open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and weekends 11am to 5pm, by appointment. Booking ahead means the car gets looked at when it arrives rather than waiting in a queue, and it’s why most people get an answer the same day.
Mobile diagnostics and coding are available across the Portland metro at no additional fee, so a fault scan or a coding job often doesn’t need the car brought in at all. Text is usually the fastest way to reach us during shop hours.
Buying a car rather than fixing one? A pre-purchase inspection is $250 to $300 flat and tells you exactly what you’re looking at before you commit. Out-of-state buyers are common: the seller brings the car in and you can be on the phone while we go through it.
